Agreement
These terms govern use of Solaris Events at https://events.solarissuite.com, operated by Teknosage Innovation Private Limited. By browsing, buying a ticket, signing in, or hosting, you agree to these terms. This is platform copy and may be updated. It is not a substitute for legal counsel.
The service
Solaris Events lets guests discover public events and lets organizers publish events, sell or issue tickets, check people in, and run communities. It is a standalone Solaris Suite app, not a celestial planet. Marketing at https://www.solarissuite.com/events does not auto-redirect to the app.
Accounts
Organizer and signed-in attendee features use Solaris Identity. You must keep your login details safe. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or that Identity marks suspended. Local UAT sign-in exists only when EVENTS_DEV_AUTH is enabled on a non-production machine.
Attendees and tickets
A ticket is a licence to attend that event under the organizer’s rules and any capacity limits. Holds expire. Server-signed QR and receipts are the door record. Duplicate or mismatched scans can be rejected. Complimentary and access-code tickets follow organizer settings.
Organizers
You are responsible for your event copy, venue, safety, taxes, and attendee communications. Public pages must not leak drafts. You must not oversell inventory. Staff act under the roles you assign. Platform admin is for Solaris Super Admins only.
Payments
Free tickets do not charge a card. Paid checkout uses Razorpay when the Events live-paid flags are on. Capture on payment.captured is payment truth; Checkout.js does not grant tickets by itself. Test-mode and local confirm flows are not live charges. Settlements may stay held until KYC and payouts run.
Refunds and cancellations
Each event may show organizer refund or cancellation copy. That copy is display-only unless a captured payment is refunded in the organizer orders tool by an authorised role. Platform refunds, when used, are full captured amount on that order. Chargebacks follow Razorpay and your bank.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, attack, impersonate, list illegal events, or use the service to send spam. Do not upload malware or disallowed file types. We may hide events, suspend organizers, or refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules are broken.
Content and intellectual property
You keep rights in content you upload (titles, images, branding) and grant us a licence to host and display it to run the service. Solaris Events, Solaris Suite, and Teknosage marks belong to their owners. Do not copy another organizer’s listing.
Disclaimers
The service is provided as available. Events, venues, and organizers are not guaranteed. Mail may be queued and not delivered until mail is fully enabled. We do not promise uninterrupted hosting.
Liability
To the extent Indian law allows, Teknosage is not liable for indirect loss, lost ticket value beyond a captured refund we actually process, or organizer-caused harm. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Raipur, Chhattisgarh, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
