Who we are
Teknosage Innovation Private Limited (“Teknosage”, “we”) operates Solaris Events at https://events.solarissuite.com. Solaris Events is a standalone suite app in Solaris Suite (https://www.solarissuite.com). We are based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This page is platform copy and may be updated. It is not legal advice.
What this policy covers
It covers personal data processed when you browse public events, buy or hold tickets (including as a guest), sign in with Solaris Identity, host events, run check-in, or complete organizer KYC. Marketing pages on www.solarissuite.com and teknosage.in have their own notices when they collect data separately.
Solaris Identity
Sign in and account creation use Solaris Identity on accounts.solarissuite.com. Credentials are posted to api.solarissuite.com, not to the Events origin. Identity holds your email, name, password hash, session, and related account records. Events receives a short-lived planet token or cookie-backed token-exchange for planet_id=events and then creates or links a local Events user.
Guest checkout
You can browse public events without an account. For some tickets you may complete checkout with name and email only. We use that contact data to issue tickets, receipts, and (when mail is enabled) transactional messages. Guest checkout does not create a Solaris Identity account unless you later sign in or register.
Organizer and staff data
If you host events we store organization profile, team invites, events, orders, attendees, check-in scans, community membership, and (where you submit it) KYC and bank details for payouts. Staff see only what their role allows. Solaris organization ids from Identity are metadata; the Events organization is the tenant.
Payments
Paid tickets and memberships are processed by Razorpay when live paid flags are on. We store order amounts in paise, Razorpay order and payment identifiers after capture, and refund ledger rows. Razorpay is the payment processor; card data is entered on Razorpay Checkout, not stored as full card numbers on Events.
Why we process data
We process data to run the marketplace and organizer tools: discovery, holds and tickets, door QR, communities, fraud and abuse prevention, legal obligations, and support when you contact us. We do not sell personal data. We do not run third-party advertising pixels on Events.
Cookies
Events uses essential cookies for session and CSRF. Identity uses its own session cookies on .solarissuite.com. See the Cookies page on this site for names and how to control them.
Sharing
We share data with Solaris Identity (same operator), Razorpay for payments, Hostinger as hosting, and organizers for attendees of their events (name, ticket, check-in status). We may disclose information if required by Indian law or to protect the service.
Retention
Account, order, ticket, and audit records are kept while the service needs them for operations, refunds, disputes, and law. You may ask us to correct or delete data where the law allows; some records must be kept for tax, payment, or security reasons.
Your rights
Under applicable Indian law including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access, correction, erasure, and grievance redressal for personal data we control, subject to exceptions. Contact us using the details below. We will not invent extra rights we cannot honour.
Children
Solaris Events is not directed at children. Do not create an account or complete checkout for a child unless you are their parent or guardian and the event rules allow it.
